Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and MTL DTCT LLC (“MTL DTCT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the US Coin Tracker mobile app (the “App”) and related pages on https://mtldtct.com.
The App is currently available on iOS. An Android version may launch later. These Terms apply to both unless we publish updated Terms.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required where you live) to use the App. If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. The App
US Coin Tracker helps you organize and track coin collection information, including notes, photos, and related collection data. Features may change over time. Some features may require a paid subscription.
3. Accounts
You may need an account to use certain features. You are responsible for:
- providing accurate account information
- keeping your login credentials confidential
- all activity under your account
You may sign in with email/password, Apple, or Google where available. Notify us promptly at mtldtct@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the App, such as collection entries, notes, and photos (“User Content”).
By submitting User Content, you grant MTL DTCT a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display that content solely as needed to operate and improve the App.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your User Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the App for unlawful purposes
- access or attempt to access other users’ accounts or data
- interfere with or disrupt the App or related systems
- reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the App except as allowed by law
- upload malware, spam, or abusive content
6. Subscriptions and purchases
Some features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. On iOS, Apple processes payments through your Apple ID / App Store account. Pricing, billing, renewal, and cancellation are governed by Apple’s terms and your App Store settings.
Except where required by law or Apple policy, fees are non-refundable once charged. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings under Subscriptions.
If an Android version is released, Google Play may process payments under Google’s terms in a similar way.
7. Advertising
Free versions of the App may display third-party advertisements. Ad content can vary and is provided by advertising partners.
8. Intellectual property
The App — including its design, branding, software, and non-user content — is owned by MTL DTCT LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any rights to you.
9. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” Coin values, rarity, identification details, and other informational content may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate and should not be treated as professional appraisal, investment, or financial advice.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MTL DTCT LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US $50), EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
11. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time and may delete your account where that feature is available. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms at https://mtldtct.com/uscointracker/terms/ and update the effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction apply.
